I am Ali Mir, born in Mashhad, Iran (September 1976). I was interested in illustration from very beginning and I remember myself illustrating most of my life. I finished high school in Math and left University at the middle of my BA in Industrial Design course. I learned drawing on my own experience and did not have any master or teacher. My first image was printed once I was in my 17^th and since then I am working in this field using manual and then digital tools professionally. My portfolio includes children books, magazine, animation, advertisement etc. While I rather working for children due to its freedom and freshness.

As an illustrator, I see my best accomplishment in making a pure and intimate connection to my artwork for the viewer and leaving him/her with a better feeling: A trustful, intimate and nice feeling like the childhood. I try my best to improve myself every day in this path.
